On the 20th June 2017, the third training season of the "City Federation of Trade Unions Co-operation Plan" was held at Qiao Feng. It was with great honour that the following VIPs attended the event:
• Li Ying, Minister of Law at Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions;
• Li GuoTao, Minister of Formation/development at Longgang District Federation of Trade Unions;
• Gao Qiao, Chief of the Law Department at Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions; and
• Mr Ho, Vice President of Qiao Feng Technology.
Other participants included Qiao Feng’s management and office staff representatives and a co-operation planning team.

It is reported that the co-operation plan is the main purpose of Shenzhen Municipal Federation of Trade Unions to build a continuous improvement of labour and capital consultation mechanism. Thus, the purposes of these systematic training activities are aimed at strengthening the communication awareness, improve the ability to dialogue, and build a consultation platform. Using a combination of international advanced dialogue and training method, the training activities focused on long-term individual counselling, corporate executive management, and representatives of the trade union cadres and employee.

Thanks to the training instructors Liu Jian and Jane Zhicong, they provided impressive explanations and interactions throughout the training. Participants were able to learn and practice their communication skills, and make real dialogues with each out. They expressed that the training was very beneficial. The event was a great success.
